Emulsified liquid floor wax studied for gloss maintenance of terracotta, Saltillo and handmade tile surfaces. Formulated using natural and synthetic based waxes, product supplies a brilliant and warm re polishable finish to surface, leaving a long-lasting protective wax finish that repels dirt and dust, while also minimizing surface wear and tear. Product maintains both residential and commercial floors looking new over time, increasing surface resistance to frequent washing cycles.
Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following below indications, before proceeding with the complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely dry and clean, free of dirt, dust, grime, surface incrustations all old waxes. (strip using ULTRA STRIPPER). When acid has been used as a cleaning material, the tile surface must be neutralized and rinsed thoroughly prior to application of the product. Rinse and allow to dry completely before proceeding with application. Dilute product using one cap of product per every 1lt of water. On a clean surface, apply an even coat of product using a clean lint free cotton cloth or wax applicator to the surface. Do not over apply. Do not allow product to puddle. Allow surface to completely dry before using the treated surface. To increase surface gloss, buff surface using wool felt pads or using a floor polisher with indicated pads. For daily surface cleaning we suggest using our neutral detergent LEM 3 or our wash & polish L&L. Repeat when required.
