PETRA is a breathable, water-based water repellent specifically designed for the protection of natural stone, concrete, brick, and general masonry cladding and flooring against rain, moisture, and atmospheric agents. The product penetrates deeply into the pores, allowing the material to breathe while providing long-lasting protection. Product does not form a surface film or alter the original colour of the substrate and offers excellent resistance to UV rays. Method of use :
Apply to a clean and dry surface. Remove all surface dirt, mould and grime before application. Product is ready for use. Apply product generously and uniformly to surface using a large bristled brush, roller or low-pressure spray. Apply wet on wet until surface is fully saturated and all surface cracks and areas have absorbed product. Any excess product can be removed from surface using a soft microfibre, paper towel or cotton cloth. Allow area to dry. During the application and subsequent drying, the temperature of the substrate should be between 10 and 30°C. Do not apply if rain is forecasted within the next 48 hours.
