STONEPOXY

STONEPOXY is a two-component epoxy adhesive suitable for gluing and laminating tiles, floors and coverings in marble, granite, quartz and ceramic. Highly recommended for use in high stress applications such as bonding large format porcelain stoneware panels with zero vertical slip to walls and for gluing material to different substrates where a high resistance and strength is required. Due to its creamy consistency, product can also be used for filling cracks or uneven surfaces, ensuring an even surface while restoring the integrity and appearance of the substrate. STONEPOXY is an excellent adhesive also for anchoring threaded rod, rebar and metal plates keeping them firmly in place. Indicated for bonding mixed materials such as: metal-stone, concrete-stone, concrete-metal. Can be used on damp surfaces. Does not drip. No shrinkage, allowing for fast repairs also in extreme conditions. Mixing ratio 1:1. Indicated for indoor and outdoor use.

Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following below indications before proceeding with complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely dry and clean, free of dirt, dust, grime and surface incrustations. Cover and protect all surrounding areas before proceeding with application.
Product preparation: mix part B (catalyst) into part A. Use completely all of part B. Mix by using a low-speed electric drill equipped with mixing paddle until obtaining a homogeneous and clot-free mixture. Avoid partial mixing which cannot guarantee the correct mixing ratio.
Product Application:apply the product with a notched 1mm trowel. The notches of the trowel must be chosen based on the size of the tiles to be applied. In any case, it must allow for 65-70% adhesive spread on the reverse side of the tiles in the case of indoor installation and 100% in the case of outdoor installation, for floors subject to heavy traffic or particular strain
Anchoring: apply by pouring or using proper dispensing tool, smoothly the mixture directly into holes so that the adhesive fills the entire space. We recommended to fill from the bottom to the top of the hole. Minimum diameter 2mm. Insert the ordinary or ribbed rebars into the epoxy and hole. The surface of the rebar must be free of any dust, grease and any impurities. After inserting the rebars, allow for the glue to dry. Allow glue to completely dry before proceeding to apply any load.
Floor levelling (smoothing of surfaces): clean and remove all loose debris from surface cracks and gaps. Pour product directly into
the area to level and distribute using a dented trowel or by proper dispenser.
