B- 27 EXXTRA

Concentrated acid-based detergent for end-of-construction and post-installation cleaning of surfaces in granite, terracotta, unpolished natural stones, porcelain stoneware, ceramic and klinker. Cleans surfaces from inorganic dirt, rust stains, limescale, cement, salt and sulphates. Strong cleaning action for thorough washing of floors and surfaces in general. Controlled-foam product for easy rinsing.

Method of use :
End-of-construction cleaning, post-installation, incrustation removal: Pre-wet the surface to be cleaned. Dilute 100/150 ml (10–15 caps of 10 ml) of B-27 EXXTRA in one litre of water. Spread the solution on the surface to be washed and leave to act for a few minutes. Proceed with washing by scrubbing vigorously with a brush or single-disc machine. Remove washing residues with a vacuum, cloth or suitable equipment. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The operation may be repeated if necessary.
Stubborn dirt, saline or calcareous residues: Dilute 50/100 ml (5–10 caps of 10 ml) of B-27 EXXTRA in one litre of water. Proceed with washing as indicated above.
General dirt or preventive pre-treatment washing: Dilute 30/50 ml (3–5 caps) of B-27 EXXTRA in one litre of water. Proceed with washing as indicated above.
Localised rust stains: Dilute 100 ml of B-27 EXXTRA in one litre of water, apply to the stain, leave to act for approximately 5 minutes and scrub vigorously. Remove the washing residue with a cloth. In case of resistant or deep rust, use the Rust Remover product.
The dilutions indicated above are subject to modification depending on the type and intensity of the dirt to be removed. Do not use on materials sensitive to acids. Always test before use. Store in the original container.
